1. RETURN POLICY
You can return only those items which are allowed under return and sold by PEECOVE within 3 to 7 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in a good condition.You can either schedule a pickup or mail the return package by yourself.
The pickup fee is Rs.30 to 100/package, which will be deducted from your refund total. But if it is our fault for a return (like wrong products or damaged products), please contact customer support.
If the return is not due to a PEECOVE error, you will need to pay for the return shipping. We recommend that you choose the local post with a cheaper price.
NOTICE: SALE ITEMS are not returned. Other than the sale items you can change any other item in 3 – 7 days after delivery we will charge Rupees 30 to 100 for delivery charges.
There are some items like Lingerie, Perfumes & Deodorants, Supplement, Food items, Innerwear, Fashion Accessories which are not allowed for return under any circumstances.
2. REFUND ISSUES
1. When the tag of the product is removed the refund is cancelled.
2. When any damage in product refund is not cancelled.
3 Items up to 99 does not come under refund.
3. ITEMS EXCHANGED
If the items you want to exchange have been shipped, please apply for return in "Account" and place a new order.
