1. How can I deactivate my PEECOVE’s  account?

IF you want To deactivate your PEECOVE’s account, follow these simple steps 
1. Log in to your PEECOVE’s account 
2. Go to My Account > Settings > Deactivate 
3. Enter the password for your account 
4. Choose 'Confirm Deactivation'.

I made a payment but order was not successful?

If you pay for the product and product is not received please contact PEECOVE customer care e-mail or contact us on customer care number.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (ex. hola01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

 

 

I haven’t received the gift card i bought?

How do i redeem/use my gift voucher?

You can use your gift voucher in the next order you place on PEECOVE. Enter the voucher code when you see payment details and use your code

Here's how you can redeem your voucher:
1. Visit 
https://www.PEECOVE.com
2. Log in to your PEECOVE account 
3. Go to 'My Rewards' section 
4. Key in the voucher code and click 'Validate' 

Please keep the following points in mind while entering the voucher code:
1. Enter the voucher code manually and do not copy-paste it 
2. Ensure there are no spaces between characters.

 

 

When u see message “invalid voucher code” even when you have right details

When u see message “This voucher has expired” even when the voucher code is valid

When u see message “This voucher has already been used” although you have not redeem it.

2.ORDER

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?

Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.

 

 

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery time frame will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

 

 

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?

Sellers usually ship orders 2-3 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

 

 

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers.

 

 

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on PEECOVE?

Yes, it's necessary to log into your PEECOVE account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You'll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

 

 

What does 'Pre order' or 'Forthcoming' mean?

Items marked as 'Pre order' or 'Forthcoming' are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them with sellers. Such items will be shipped after their official release by the seller with whom you've pre-booked them.

Do sellers on PEECOVE ship internationally?

Currently, sellers on PEECOVE only ship within India.
